- Changed the debug shadow volume visualisation code.
- Changed the shader used for rendering the shadow pass to produce a slightly more pleasing result.
- Changed the default shadow colour to something more appropriate to the new shader
- Particle system “colour” command now expects values in the range of 0-1 like all the other colours in Cipher scripts.
- Updated networking documentation for the support site.
- Major update of Cipher model conversion tools..
- Orders of magnitude faster at generating shadow volumes, esp. for v. large models (>50K polys)
- Produces far better batching and triangle strips than the previous versions.
- Better batching results in better bounding boxes of sub-meshes.
- Let Cipher developers know about new version of tool on support site.
- Cipher is now able to generate and render all shadow volumes entirely on the GPU.
More progress with Task Tracker and Daily Build as well...
